Jill is a Reader at the UK Listing Authority, the division of the FSA which acts as the Competent Authority for listing. She joined the UKLA in 2001 and has worked variously as a Reader and Relationship Manager in the Global Debt Group, Equity Markets Group and Sponsor Supervision Team. Prior to joining the UKLA she worked at the London Stock Exchange in Global Business Development and the Legal Department. She is a New Zealand qualified barrister and solicitor.
