Experience and Background  
Reza Pishva is an associate in the Financial Services Group. He advises investment companies, investment advisers, and fund boards of directors on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters. In addition, Mr. Pishva has experience structuring and organizing domestic and offshore hedge funds as well as Shariah-compliant private funds.

Education  
Mr. Pishva is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.A., 1997), the American University Kogod School of Business (M.B.A., 2000), and the American University Washington College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2000), where he served as managing editor of the American University International Law Review.
