Vincent specialises in governance issues with a particular focus on Private Equity firms.

He leads the European Private Equity Advisory Team.

Vincent is a member of the Professional Standards Committee at the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and is contributing actively to the debate about responsible investing, transparency and business ethics in the Private Equity industry.

Vincent is a member of the Legal & Technical Committee at the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association contributing actively to the debate on regulation and accounting in the industry.

Vincent works with clients to better understand their business risks and how they are addressing them. He also leads on KPMG’s Corporate Responsibility Consulting to Private Equity, advising on structure and process for embedding ESG issues in Private Equity operations. He was one of the founding members of KPMG’s multi-disciplinary Private Equity Group.
